High pressure injection tubes are commonly used components in medical imaging and are currently manufactured and produced using imported PC materials. The high cost of PC materials and demanding manufacturing processes are currently the main issues in manufacturing.
The LM009 solution designed by Solid Source New Materials adopts lower cost crystalline materials. By accelerating crystallization and improving toughness, the new material can reduce costs by more than 60% while ensuring that the high-pressure injection tube can pass high-pressure testing of over 350PSI and ethylene oxide disinfection testing. The manufacturing process does not require frozen water to obtain high-pressure injection tubes with low haze and high transmittance.
