When designing conductive polypropylene with solid source new materials, based on the actual needs of the domestic market, efficient conductive material formulas are adopted to reduce the density and surface impedance of the material, increase the bending modulus and fluidity. Under the same injection molding conditions, the injection molded products of new materials have better molding performance on thin-walled and pointed surfaces: no missing glue and smoother microscopic characterization. Due to its higher bending modulus, the pipette suction head is less prone to bending and deformation, improving customer production yield.
